75 Hour Salesperson Qualifying
Take your 75 Hour licensing course online, test locally.

30 Hour Remedial “Gap” Course
This course must be taken by individuals with a current Salesperson license who choose to upgrade to a Broker's license. This course counts as 30 hours of Continuing Education (CE) credit and is valid towards the required Brokers hours for 8 years after course completion.

45 Hour Broker Course
Broker candidates must meet certain state requirements.
